Foeve

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Foeve, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App. This Agreement applies to all features of Foeve, including its scenario-based learning modules (restaurants, transportation, accommodation, shopping, hospitals, and banks), vocabulary building tools, sentence pattern drills, conversation practice, spaced repetition algorithm, Chinese TTS pronunciation, and shadowing practice features.

2. License to Use

Foeve grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license allows you to access and utilize all educational features of Foeve, including offline learning capabilities, as described in the App. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App or any part thereof.

3. User Conduct

When using Foeve, you agree to:

• Use the App solely for legitimate language learning purposes
• Maintain the integrity of your learning progress and achievements
• Not attempt to bypass any security measures or access restricted content without earning the required coins through legitimate task completion
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App
• Respect the educational nature of the content and use it appropriately for language acquisition

4. Rewards and Content Access

Foeve offers a rewards system where users can earn coins by completing learning tasks, practicing vocabulary, finishing scenario modules, and achieving learning milestones. These coins may be used to unlock additional content, advanced learning materials, or special features within the App. Coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Foeve reserves the right to modify the rewards system, including the number of coins awarded for tasks and the content available for unlock, at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Foeve, including but not limited to vocabulary lists, sentence patterns, conversation scripts, scenario descriptions, audio recordings, pronunciation guides, graphics, and software, is the property of Foeve or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works of any content from Foeve without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted within the App for your personal learning purposes.

6. App Updates

Foeve may periodically update the App to improve functionality, add new learning scenarios, enhance existing features, or address technical issues. These updates may include changes to the user interface, addition of new vocabulary sets, expansion of scenario-based content, or improvements to the spaced repetition algorithm. By using Foeve, you agree to accept these updates. We recommend keeping your App updated to access the latest Chinese learning materials and features.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. Foeve reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and any content obtained through it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Foeve is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and effective Chinese language learning materials, we do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific learning needs or that your Chinese language proficiency will improve. The App's offline functionality is dependent on your device's storage capacity and settings. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Modifications to This Agreement

Foeve may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and notify you within the App. Your continued use of Foeve after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations when using our Chinese learning platform.
